By creating an account on @GEO+SEO ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. AI-Generated Content
- Content is generated by AI models and may require human review before publishing.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it goes live on your website or any third-party platform.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any specific purpose of AI-generated content.
- You own all content generated for your account. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over it.
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without review.
3. AI Visibility Scores & SEO Results
- AI Visibility scores are estimates based on content analysis and, where available, live API queries to third-party AI platforms.
- Live checks are performed on platforms with public APIs (currently Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). Results for other platforms are estimated using published content signals.
- Scores are indicative and not a guarantee that your brand will appear in any specific AI platform's responses.
- We do not guarantee any specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes.
- Scores may vary due to factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, platform changes, and query phrasing.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, harmful, or illegal content.
- One account per business. You may not share account credentials.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any published content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data & Privacy
- We collect business information (name, website, keywords, brand voice) solely to provide and improve the Service.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Content and analytics data generated by AI agents are stored securely on our servers.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@atsgeo.ai.

6. Subscription & Billing
- The Trial plan is free with limited features. No credit card is required to start.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated content, visibility scores, or keyword data.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Perplexity, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use thereof — including questions of validity, interpretation, performance, or breach — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- By using the Service, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- If you are accessing the Service from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Regardless of where you are located, any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
